Amla Plant

An Amla fruit is a fruit of the Indian gooseberry plant. The fruit is round in shape and typically weighs between 200 and 300 grams. The inside of the fruit is generally orange or red, with black seeds, and it is often eaten raw or as a juice.Amla is a tree in the family Myrtaceae, native to India. The fruit is used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce inflammation, cure diseases, and to improve the immune system.
