Edta Acid

The skin, teeth, and hair are all part of the bodys defenses against infection. Skin cells release an enzyme called acid alpha-glucosidase to kill bacteria. It has been found that, in addition to the enzyme, the body produces and stores excess hydrogen ions which are converted into hydrochloric acid in the stomach to neutralize any bacteria that makes it past the skin. The Edta Acid neutralizes the excess hydrogen ions and prevents the body from producing hydrochloric acid.
