Frozen broccoli

The frozen broccoli is made of fresh, young broccoli that has been carefully cut, blanched, and frozen at its peak of freshness. The broccoli is delivered fresh from the farm to your door. When a local grocery store decided to stop selling broccoli, the vegetables were almost entirely gone from the shelves. Some people were happy to see the vegetables go, but others had grown quite fond of broccoli, and wanted to find a way to eat it that would still be healthy. With the help of a few friends and some science, a frozen broccoli dish was created. The dish, known as Broccoli Soup, was a huge success.
