Organic Vermicompost

The process of composting is the decomposition of organic matter by bacteria and fungi. It is the process that transforms organic matter into compost. Vermicomposting is the practice of composting with worms. Worms are more effective at composting than plants because they consume waste materials and excrete a large volume of castings which is then used to create fertilizer. The high production of castings enables vermicomposting to produce as much as 10 times the amount of compost created by traditional composting.
