Shower Valves

Shower valves are a part of your shower that is responsible for the flow of water and are often a part of your showerhead. The most common types of shower valves are ball, butterfly, and square. They have either a stem, which is either straight or curved, or a lever handle. They are available in a variety of materials, such as brass, chrome, nickel-plated brass, copper, and plastic. The shape of the shower valve allows you to adjust the water pressure. The type of valve also determines the type of flow rate and the size of the shower head.
