Chemicals of the vitamin E family are known as tocotrienols. The normal functioning of the body and brain depends on vitamin E. Alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocotrienols are the four forms of tocotrienols that can be found in nature, just like the other vitamin E compounds, tocopherols.
