White Shankh

In Hindu texts, the shankha is regarded as a giver of fame, longevity, and prosperity, a cleanser of sin, and the home of goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity and Vishnus consort. The shankha is associated with Vishnu in Hindu art.
